Delivery and returns 

When your order is placed, our warehouse in Värnamo, Sweden will process your order. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception from Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent via email when your order is placed. Once your order is processed and on its way, you will receive an additional email with final instructions and information including tracking number and order number. Orders within Sweden are either sent by Bring or Instabox where orders outside of Sweden will be sent out by UPS. Please note, if you fail to collect your package at your service point, you still must pay the delivery cost and additional return cost for handling the order. This will be deducted from your refund.

Important reminder of returns

Returned products must be in original condition as you received them with their original packaging. To clarify, this means that shoes and adornments must not have been worn or used. Be careful when you try your products on at home and preferrable stand on a soft surface, for instance a carpet, to prevent any marks or scratches. Please note that we do not accept any returns that have marks, contains marks or have been scratched. It is your responsibility to treat the shoes and adornments with utterly care as we can’t use the products, hence, they become useless if they are not returned in pristine condition.

Where do you ship from? 

We work with a modern warehouse located in Småland, Sweden who works actively on reducing their environmental footprint. The warehouse pick, pack and send all our products.

Estimated delivery times:
We always try and do everything we can to meet estimated times and deliveries. Please be aware that sometimes the delivery time may differ from what is stated depending on conditions out of our control.

Sweden, Bring or Instabox:
 1-3 business days
EU, UPS: 3 + business days
Rest of the world, UPS: 3 + business days

Shipping rates

Shipping rates may differ depending on your country and delivery address. The best way to find out the final shipping rates is to look through your cart and carrier options before final checkout.
We offer different carriers who deliver various of shipping options, based on your options these may vary in price.

Shipping to many countries around the world

MIYO provides shipping to many countries in the world and we are continuously adding more destinations.  Please note, you will be responsible to pay for any return shipping cost. There may exist local VAT and import customs in your own country. If applicable, you will have to pay these additional costs.

How do you deliver?

Deliveries are mainly made via the postal service to your nearest service point.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been processed and left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking number. Visit your chosen carrier’s website and enter your tracking number in the search field on their track and trace site to see the status of your shipment.

Return Policy days

Orders can be returned within 20 days of the delivery date in unworn condition together with original packaging for a refund minus the return fee that you must pay.

Returns Sweden

After these steps are completed, we will send you a return label, please follow the instructions carefully, label the package correctly and then hand it in at a postal agent / service point. Fees of returning goods are covered by you and orders can be returned within 20 days of the delivery date.

Outside of Sweden order and returns

If you live outside of Sweden and would like to make a return you need to email us at, return@miyoshoes.com.

United Kingdom order and returns

We ship with UPS to the UK.

We want you to have a good experience ordering from us. Due to brexit, please note that you will be required to pay the local VAT in the UK when placing an order from us, which is between 20-25% . Please note that this cost is excluded in the prices on the website.  Your order can be subjected to local taxes and import duties as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and may therefore vary and MIYO does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. If products are refused or the packages are unclaimed, please note that MIYO are not covering any of these taxes or duties that may be incurred. Please visit Gov.UK to read more. Non-approved returns: If you return products, a full inspection will take place at the warehouse as soon as they have arrived. If the return is not approved, we will send back the products to the customer and the purchase is considered complete. We will not charge you for this kind of return. Please note that we reserve the right not to approve returns of products that have been used more than just for fitting or where the packaging is no longer in original condition.

How do I get my refund?

Your refund will be paid to the card that you paid with. After the final inspection of your returned products at the warehouse has been approved, please allow the transfer to take up to 5 working days  depending on your bank’s refund process.  

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer any exchanges. If you picked the wrong size/color and would like to replace an item for another one, simply return your products, receive your refund, and place a new order.

FAULTY GOODS

Our products are unique and can differ slightly from each other because they are either fully or partly handmade with precision with human inspection to meet our high-quality standards to deliver you quality products. As a customer, you have the responsibility of unboxing your order carefully and making sure your products are faultless. If, for somehow the products are damaged or faulty, please send an email to support@miyshoes.com describing the problem (enclose pictures if possible) when you received the products and we will get back to you as soon as possible and solve the problem.

What happens if I do not pick up my package?

If you don’t pick up your package, you will have to pay an additional fee of SEK 150 (approximately 20 dollars) plus the shipping and return cost. Before you place your order, please make sure to enter your correct address, mobile number and email address to get a notification when your package has arrived and is ready to be collected.
